DATA PROTECTION

1. The parties agree to comply with their obligations under the Data Protection Laws. This is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove or replace, a party’s obligations or rights under the Data Protection Laws.
2. The parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force in the United Kingdom including (i) the GDPR to the extent that it forms local laws arising from Section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal Act) 2018 (UK GDPR); (ii) the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR); (iii) the Data Protection Act 2018; (iv) the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003 No. 2426) as amended and any amendments to these laws as updated from time to time; and the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or other relevant data protection or supervisory authority.
